Every order is packed with the same care the pieces are made with. The short version: India-wide delivery in 5–7 working days, and an easy 7-day exchange if the fit isn’t right.
Where do you deliver?
Across India. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours and typically arrive in 5–7 working days, depending on your pincode.
What does shipping cost?
₹99 flat. Free on orders above ₹1,999.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and has its tags. Size exchanges are free; write to us and we'll arrange pickup.
How do I get the right size?
Our pieces are cut oversized by design — take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down for something closer to regular. The size guide has exact garment measurements.
How do I care for heavyweight cotton and fleece?
Cold wash, inside out, no tumble dry. The care page covers each fabric in detail.
I ordered by email or Instagram — how do I pay?
We'll confirm your order and share payment details directly. Online checkout is coming soon.
