What does shipping cost?
Nothing — shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India.
Can I return a piece?
No. Pieces aren't returnable once delivered, so please check the size guide before ordering — it has exact garment measurements. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to hagers.shop@gmail.com and we'll put it right.
How do I get the right size?
Our pieces are cut oversized by design — take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down for something closer to regular. The size guide has exact garment measurements.
How do I care for heavyweight cotton and fleece?
Cold wash, inside out, no tumble dry. The care page covers each fabric in detail.
How do I pay?
Checkout is online and secure — card and UPI, handled by Shopify. You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as it goes through.
